Return/Refund Policy
GENERAL POLICY
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of certain products, our return policy varies depending on the condition of the item and the reason for return.
ELIGIBLE RETURNS
Returns may be accepted under the following conditions:
1. Mistaken Orders
If you ordered the wrong item by mistake:
• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging
• Return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received:
• A damaged product
• A defective product
• An incorrect item due to our error
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photo evidence.
If verified, we will:
• Replace the item at no additional cost or
• Issue a full refund, including original shipping
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For health, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
• Opened products
• Used or partially used products
• Consumable items that have been opened
• Items that were purchased and simply not liked after use
• Products returned without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Due to the consumable nature of certain products, once opened, they cannot be returned or refunded for taste preference, dissatisfaction, or personal preference reasons.
UNOPENED CONSUMABLE ITEMS
Unopened consumable items may be eligible for return if:
• The product remains factory sealed
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
• The product is returned in resellable condition
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
REFUND PROCESS
• Returns are inspected upon receipt
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake
RETURN AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
All returns must be pre-approved.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.

• Order number
• Reason for return
• Photos (if applicable)
RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse any return that:
• Does not meet the above conditions
• Shows signs of tampering, use, or damage not caused during shipping
• Violates health, safety, or regulatory guidelines
